Awful Comic Thursday: Far too complex

I...um...different times people. Different times.

He is the Knight

Just a classic image of a classic character. Doesn't get much better than that.

Awful Comic Thursday: Boys will be Spider-Boys.

It's funnier if you don't bother reading the text.

Awesome Comic Tuesday: D-D-D-DEADPOOL

I had a similar, though largely downgrade, reaction to The Last Airbender.

99% sure the bride's refusal to continue a wedding is enough to stop it.

Awesome Comic Tuesday: The Hectic Life of Batman

Fun Fact: "What's Opera Doc" is one of the two Loony Toons shorts currently preserved by the Smithsonian.

Awesome Comic Tuesday: Superman and Super-Science

I'll admit, I'm not the Niel DeGrasse Tyson worshiper that the internet seems to be as a whole, but this is still a pretty awesome moment in the New 52.

Aweful Comic Thursday: Supermand and the...device

Lex Luthor had some...interesting inventions in his earlier years of super-villainy.

Awesome Comic Tuesday: Spiderman: Master of Distractions

To be totally fair, I would probably look too.

Awful Comic Thursday: The Bat-Ape

I guess DC was attempting to boost sales by tapping into the largely forgotten ape demographic.

Awesome Comic Tuesday: Badass(er) Batman

Batman has a crossbow and a motorcycle. All your arguments are invalid forever because Batman.

Awful Comic Thursday: Woman's brain

Ah sexism. Really all that can be said here.

Awesome Comic Tuesday: Thor goes on a culinary adventure

Thor approves of our..."creamsicles." Between this and Wonder Women in the U52 Justice League, I have to wonder why we're the only race to discover ice cream.

Awful Comic Thursday: Superman can be a Jerk

So to grab people's attentions, DC had a habit of showing Superman doing really douchey things. Honestly, this is probably one of his more reasonable requests.

Awful Comic Thursday: Superman-o?

I was honestly unsure of whether to put this in the Awesome or Awful. Is the super-sombrero bulletproof as well?

Awesome Comic Tuesday: It happens

Daily life is daily life, and for superheroes, who says what's exciting and what's mundane?

Awful Comic Thursday: Revenge of the Liefeld

We're going to start Awful Comic 2014 with Rob Liefeld. Because of course we are.

Awesome Comic Tuesday: Momma said knock you out

There's just something so satisfying seeing Batman punch out Guy Gardner...

Awesome Comic Tuesday: Ross=anti-Liefeld

I'm well aware that I've put Alex Ross's Spectre from Kingdom Come on here before, but I stand by that it deserves to be looked at at least twice.
